Policies for Digital Products and Online Courses

We do not offer refunds for digital products. When you purchase any training modules, audios, or downloadable digital products, you agree not to share, reproduce, or resell the content. Delivery is complete once we send the access link to the email you registered. If you don’t receive the link within five days, please let us know at info@tradingforwomen.com.

You retain access to our online training platform for the duration specified in the product description. Should you encounter issues accessing your purchased content, reach out to us at info@tradingforwomen.com, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET/CEST. For the month-to-month Training Access program, please be aware that cancellations are effective in the month requested, and refunds are unavailable regardless of usage.

Non-Refundable Setup and Account Fees

Please remember that setup and account creation fees are non-refundable. Agreements with a 30-day opt-out clause do not include a refund for the initial investment. By signing the agreement, you confirm that you will not dispute any charges for services rendered or digital products delivered.

Payment Plan Requirements

When you purchase through a monthly payment plan, you commit to 100% of the agreed payments. If any payments are missed, the purchase becomes void, and you forfeit access to the digital product. Payment plans for live events must be fully paid at least 30 days before the event.

COVID-19 Protocols and Live Events

To prioritize safety, we follow local government regulations for live events. We may implement temperature checks, social distancing, and other precautions as necessary. Additionally, if circumstances require, we may convert a live event to a virtual experience.

Combining Offers, Promotions, and Gifts with Purchase

Generally, you cannot combine offers and discounts. We reserve the right to cancel or replace any bundled items, including event tickets. Additionally, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat. We will notify you about seat reservations using the email provided at the time of purchase.

Policy on Recording Equipment at Events

For the privacy and respect of all attendees, video recording, live streaming, and photography are prohibited during events. Only pre-approved press members with verified credentials may record. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone at our discretion.

International Customers Purchasing Live Event Tickets

If you’re an international customer, please note we cannot provide invitation letters or other immigration documentation to attend events in the U.S. Consequently, all live event tickets remain non-refundable.

Image and Publicity Release

By attending our events, you agree to allow us to use your image, likeness, and statements in any medium for promotional purposes without compensation. You grant us and our affiliates full rights to record and utilize your likeness, waiving any claims related to this use.
